Cheer Program Director Wanted - Join Our Team!
Limelight Center is looking for an experienced, passionate Cheer Director to lead and grow our cheer program. If you love developing athletes, building team culture, and running a program with heart and structure, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:- Oversee cheer teams, coaching, choreography direction, and skill progression
- Train, and mentor coaching staff
- Build relationships with athletes and staff
- Ensure safety standards, proper spotting technique, and skill certifications are maintained
- Foster a positive, high-energy team culture that keeps kids motivated and coming back
- Prior cheer coaching/tumbling experience
- Strong technical knowledge of stunting, tumbling progressions, and safety protocols
- Leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for athlete development
