As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Bamboo
HR, you will be responsible for planning and executing key GTM initiatives that drive business growth while stewarding the health and trajectory of your product area. You will develop a deep understanding of the business, customers, and market dynamics, and use those insights to clearly articulate our value proposition and influence cross-functional strategy and execution. We have an exceptional product with a focused mission and we want everyone to know about it.
As a member of our phenomenal Product Marketing Team, you will be asked to understand the product feature set and competitive positioning as you develop innovative and compelling deliverables such as messaging, sales collateral, launch materials and marketing content.
You will:
- Drive go-to-market strategies aligned to business objectives that support revenue growth, adoption, retention, and pipeline health
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities, risks, and differentiated messaging
- Define and refine our product’s messaging and positioning to drive awareness and demand for our products
- Analyze product performance, customer behavior, and funnel dynamics to diagnose growth levers and gaps (e.g., positioning, activation, packaging, or sales readiness), and partner cross-functionally to influence solutions
- Partner cross-functionally across Product, Sales, Marketing, CX, and Revenue to align priorities and deliver outcomes
- Develop powerful and persuasive sales narratives, pitches, and assets that enable teams to win in the market
- Generate internal momentum for new products and offerings, ensuring teams are aligned, prepared, and confident at launch
- Collaborate closely with Product Management to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions using market and customer insights
- Act as a subject matter expert and target audience authority as you support internal teams in achieving their KPIs and business goals
- You have been trained in the Product Marketing or Product Management discipline
- You have 5+ years of Product Marketing under your belt
- You have 3+ years of business-to-business experience
- You have experience with product marketing strategy and GTM execution at high-tech companies, specifically around subscription and/or SaaS/Cloud business models
- You have experience with all aspects of product marketing including messaging, positioning, competitive research, packaging, content creation, campaign execution, etc.
- You have experience with data-driven market research and analysis to inform strategy, prioritization and messaging
- You thrive in a highly dynamic environment and can move fluidly between strategic thinking and execution
- You are an exceptional collaborator who influences effectively across diverse teams without formal authority
- You think critically about business outcomes, not just deliverables, and use data and insight to guide prioritization
- You have strong presentation and writing skills that persuade and align stakeholders
- You have proven project management and self-discipline abilities that would receive a 5-star rating
