We are currently hiring a Main Window Cleaning Technician with prior window cleaning or exterior cleaning experience who takes pride in their work and moves efficiently.

This is a lead technician role responsible for completing residential window cleaning jobs efficiently while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.

The ideal candidate:

• Has previous window cleaning experience
• Moves quickly while maintaining quality
• Is comfortable on ladders and working at heights
• Communicates professionally with customers
• Can take initiative and lead other technicians

• Clean residential windows inside and outside the home
• Work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
• Use ladders safely to access second-story windows
• Maintain and care for window cleaning equipment
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site
• Leave every jobsite cleaner than you found it
• Help guide and train additional technicians when needed
• Represent Brilliant Windows with professionalism

• Previous window cleaning or exterior cleaning experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs (ladders and equipment)
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Fluent in English

All employees start at $18/hour during the initial training period (2 weeks). As you demonstrate your skills, efficiency, and reliability, there is an opportunity to move into a per-window pay structure
, where strong technicians can earn the equivalent of $25–$30+ per hour by working quickly and efficiently.

Performance raises are based on meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), including:

• Speed and efficiency
• Quality of work
• Workmanship
• Professionalism with customers
• Desire to move up in the company

• Training begins April 1st
• 8–10 hour workdays
• Monday–Friday
  , with occasional Saturdays depending on weather and workload

This is a seasonal position
, with the main working season running from April through November
