Job Summary

Job Summary: Supervises Snack Shack Workers; cook: clean, balance cash register receipts, other duties as required.

• Maintains all concession equipment and cleaning maintenance logs.
• Complies with Health Department rules and regulations.
• Trains and supervises Snack Shack Workers.
• Demonstrate good customer service.
• Gives clear direction and work well with others.
• Attention to detail and consistency in every aspect is a must.
• Take orders, prepare food and assist with running the cash register.
• Ensures inventory control and that concession areas are adequately stocked.
• Ensures concession is organized and clean.

• Good supervisory practices; food handling/preparation; good customer service, cash handling and inventory control.

• Strong customer service skills; excellent organizational, communication, and inter-personal skills.

• Ensure quality product;
• operate and effectively communicate with others;
• lift up to 50 pounds;
• complete multiple tasks;
• work well with other staff members;
• and operate various equipment related to food preparation.

• Most posses a valid driver's license.
• One year supervisory experience.
• Prefer someone with food preparation experience.

• Must obtain a food handler's permit.

Hours may vary:
Monday - Saturday
