Being one of the First BWW GO's in Utahwill be celebrated throughout the whole company! BWW is now two sister companies, BWW Sports Bars are probably what you already know (full service bars) while BWW GO locations are for food consumers who are always on the move and need their craveable Bdubs food fast! We are a new Franchise that is Locally owned with lots of support directly from the Owner to help you grow as we build more locations.

As General Manager, you will manage the overall operations of the restaurant including the restaurant's financial health, probability, and success. Through overall leadership, development and engagement of all restaurant team member and shift managers, you will be key in creating legendary experiences for guests.

Preferably, you have Experience in Quick service & fast food restaurant, or previous restaurant General Manager experience. You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations. You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.

Works well with goals to hit parameters in Labor Management, Food Cost and Supply Cost for Bonus Opportunities.

Jim Disbrow and Scott Lowery had recently moved to Ohio from Buffalo, New York. All was fine until one day when the two were craving wings. Not just ordinary wings, but authentic Buffalo, New York-style chicken wings. With none to be found nearby, Jim and Scott had two choices: road trip to New York, or open a wing joint close to home.
