Overview

Role:
Regional VP ︳Financial Advisor Channel | MTN West, West Coast. The Regional VP at 401GO plays a key role in fueling retirement plan sales growth by partnering with Financial Advisors, RIAs, Broker Dealers, Wire House Reps and more. In this high-impact role, you’ll showcase our product solutions and those of our alliance partners, equip Financial Professionals with the tools and insights they need to win new business, and actively support prospecting efforts by joining sales calls and driving opportunities to close.

What

You’ll Be Doing
  • Build, grow, and strengthen relationships with financial advisors, leveraging your relationship management expertise to deepen engagement and drive results.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial advisor community.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the retirement plan space and effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective partners.
  • Educate advisors on opportunities for growth in the retirement plan market — including plan design, pricing strategies, and business development approaches.
  • Conduct live demos of the company’s platform and provide an overview of 401GO’s products and services.
  • Clearly articulate 401GO’s competitive advantages and value proposition within the marketplace.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to enhance value for both new and existing advisor relationships.
  • Represent 401GO at sponsor ships, conferences, and speaking engagements as needed.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, regulatory developments, and emerging retirement solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence, including tailored go-to-market strategies for each partner segment.
What You Bring
  • 7+ years of experience in working with financial advisors and fee based advisors (RIA)
  • Qualified Retirement plan knowledge
  • Communication:
    Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, be self-driven, and focused on growth while building lasting relationships with a consultative approach.
  • System savvy:
    We want someone that can navigate new systems and learn quickly
  • Relationship Management:
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients at the C-suite level and other key decision-makers. This will also entail in growing and deepening that relationship from an increased share of wallet perspective.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Ability to identify operational inefficiencies, manage conflict, and resolve issues that arise within the region.
  • Results-Oriented:
    To be considered for this position you must include examples of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Exceeding sales targets are measured by the number of plans closed and revenue generated from each deal. Each RVP has a specific goal to attain at each partner level which will be measured and tracked on the monthly/quarterly basis. Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless collaboration and client satisfaction.
