• Manage Security Employees for Contract Work in Executive, Asset, and Retail Protection.
• Participate in On‑Call Rotation with Additional Compensation for On‑Call Shifts.
• Conduct Daily Check‑Ins and Debriefings with Security Officers on Staff.
• Perform On‑Site De‑Escalation when necessary.

• Ensure the safety and security of designated areas.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms.
• Control access to premises and verify the identity of individuals.
• Conduct regular security checks and patrols.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents as necessary.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports.
