Camp Support Associate

Whispering Hope Ranch, located in Payson, AZ, is hiring a Seasonal Camp Support Associate. The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a level one fingerprint clearance card. A background check must be passed, and at least one year of experience in a related field or environment is required. The salary range is $15.02–$22.54 per hour, with pay based on education and experience.

The role is part of a summer‑season camp program with negligible travel and flexible shift options.

As a Camp Support Associate you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment for camp participants. Your focus will be on preparing facilities, maintaining equipment, and ensuring that our ranch’s grounds remain clean, safe, and inviting.

• Prepare designated facilities for camp programs and activities.
• Assist in the upkeep and maintenance of camp equipment.
• Keep camp facilities and grounds safe, clean, and welcoming.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Level one fingerprint clearance card or ability to obtain one before starting.
• Successful completion of an agency background check.
• Minimum of one year’s experience in a related field or environment.
