- Maintain accurate monthly financial statements and manage month‑end and year‑end close processes for multiple business units.
- Prepare and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts; analyze P&L results.
- Improve departmental efficiency by enhancing accounting processes, tools, and systems.
- Create and distribute monthly financial reporting packages; support audit work and tax filings.
- Uphold confidentiality and assist with additional accounting tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
- 2+ years of GL or public accounting (non‑tax) experience.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative and independent work style.
- Comfortable in a hybrid/remote environment.
- Preferred: experience in healthcare, senior care, multi‑entity or public accounting.
