Part-Time Office Administrator – Dispatch & Billing
Location:
Peabody, MA
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, approximately 25–30 hours per week
Pay: $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience

- Coordinate technician schedules, dispatching, and job routing
- Serve as the primary communication link between customers and technicians
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications
- Generate invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate billing records
- Monitor job progress and help ensure appointments stay on schedule

- Excellent phone and customer service skills
- Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, office administration, call center operations, or billing preferred
- Experience with scheduling software is a plus
