Part-Time Office Administrator – Dispatch & Billing

Location:

Peabody, MA

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, approximately 25–30 hours per week

Pay: $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate technician schedules, dispatching, and job routing
  • Serve as the primary communication link between customers and technicians
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communications
  • Generate invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate billing records
  • Monitor job progress and help ensure appointments stay on schedule
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that encourages repeat business and referrals

Requirements
  • Reliable transportation to our Peabody office
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellent phone and customer service skills
  • Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, office administration, call center operations, or billing preferred
  • Experience with scheduling software is a plus
