Location:
Peabody, MA
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, approximately 25–30 hours per week
Pay: $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience

What You'll Do Coordinate technician schedules, dispatching, and job routing
Serve as the primary communication link between customers and technicians
Handle inbound and outbound customer communications
Generate invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate billing records
Monitor job progress and help ensure appointments stay on schedule
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that encourages repeat business and referrals

Requirements
Reliable transportation to our Peabody office
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel Excellent phone and customer service skills
Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, office administration, call center operations, or billing preferred
Experience with scheduling software is a plus
