Join Our Team as a Full-Time Service BDC Representative!

The Lyon-Waugh Auto Group is searching for positive, driven individual to join our diverse team as Full-Time Service BDC Representative. If you're someone who brings positive energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service-we can't wait to hear from you!

Schedule:
Monday-Saturday, with one scheduled weekday off


Compensation Plan:
Base hourly rate of $20/hr. plus monthly bonus


What You'll Be Doing:
  • Welcome clients in person at the desk or on the phone
  • Schedule service appointment
  • Schedule valet pick up appointments, working with valet drivers
  • Schedule deliveries
  • Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, missed appointments declined services and upcoming maintenance
  • Assist clients with common questions and direct them to appropriate personnel
  • Contact clients with open recalls, campaigns, special order parts
  • Other duties assigned by management team

Requirements
  • Previous experience in automotive BDC preferred, but will train the right candidate
  • Clear, professional communication skills-both verbal and written
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized and dependable
  • Familiarity with a multi-line phone system
  • Confident phone presence with a friendly, helpful tone
