Responsibilities
A Guest Service Coordinator runs our front desk by assisting guests, managing reservations, and supporting our team of Session Stylists. The coordinator also maintains sanitation standards and studio cleanliness, supporting the overall guest experience.
Minimum Qualifications- Enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency with web-based software for administrative tasks, including close‑out procedures and light housekeeping duties
Standing for sustained periods, lifting up to 10 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds), continuous grasping/reaching, repetitive movement with fingers, hands, wrists and arms, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
