We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and patient-focused

Pediatric Dental Hygienist to join our growing team in Peabody, MA. In this role, you will play a key part in creating positive dental experiences for children and their families while providing preventive care, oral health education, and clinical support in a fun, welcoming, and family-oriented environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working with pediatric patients, excels at building trust with children and parents, and is passionate about helping establish healthy oral hygiene habits early in life.

Open to both part-time and full-time candidates.

• Perform pediatric dental prophylaxis, fluoride varnish applications, sealants, and preventive treatments
• Conduct oral health assessments and review medical and dental histories
• Take and process digital radiographs while ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Educate children and parents on proper brushing, flossing, nutrition, and cavity prevention
• Utilize age-appropriate communication techniques to help patients feel comfortable during treatment
• Assist in behavior guidance and creating positive dental experiences for anxious or first-time patients
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation within the practice management system
• Adhere to infection control, sterilization, OSHA, and HIPAA standards
• Work collaboratively with dentists, assistants, and administrative team members to provide outstanding patient care
• Promote a fun, compassionate, and child-friendly atmosphere throughout the practice

• $55-$65 per hour, based on experience

• Active Massachusetts Dental Hygienist License
• Local Anesthesia Certification preferred
• Experience working with pediatric patients preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
