Keep your clinical skills sharp by joining an energetic emergency medicine group working at a Level I Academic Trauma Center. Lahey Hospital & Medical Center (LHMC) is seeking ABEM/AOBEM certified or eligible physicians to join our high-volume, physician-led Emergency Medicine Department.

• Scope: 350+ beds and 70,000+ annual patient visits across two high-functioning sites.
• Team: A collaborative cohort of 34+ board-certified physicians and dedicated APPs.
• Resources:
  State-of-the-art facilities designed for clinical excellence and physician longevity. Four large area trauma/resuscitation bays, multiple Glide Scope video laryngoscope towers, three brand new Mindray ultrasounds and easy access to in-ED plain radiographs and dual ED-devoted CT scanners.

• Imaging: 24/7 dedicated ER Radiology with rapid turnaround times.
• Critical Care:
  Immediate proximity to the Surgical ICU for seamless transitions.
• Specialized Units:
  On-site ER Pharmacy, dedicated Behavioral Health unit, and advanced Decontamination suites.
• Infrastructure:
  Private patient rooms, high-acuity trauma bays, and an efficient multipurpose and Fast Track system.

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors, that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography of work location, productivity, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.
