* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Minimum of Bachelor's Degree and appropriate Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Reading license.
* Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
* Bilingualism is a highly desired skill for a position, but not a requirement
