• Assist students individually, in small groups, or in a large group, utilizing a variety of strategies and techniques to present or reinforce learning.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Complete Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training successfully within the first year.
• Use or be willing to learn appropriate technology to support instruction.

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree or higher; 48 credit hours at a higher education institution; or completion of a Massachusetts‑endorsed assessment such as Parapro or Work Keys.
• Required criminal‑history background check.
• Proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
• Bilingualism is a highly desired skill but not required.

$21 to $26 per hour.
