Teach courses for the Graduate Nursing Program
Advise students
Participate in accreditation processes
Engage in professional scholarship or development
Assist in the development of internship relationships and student opportunities
Participate in school and college-wide service
Responsibilities:Teach 24 credits per academic year
Advise up to 25 students
Attend department, school, and college meetings
Participate in accreditation processes
Engage in professional development, scholarship, research, and/or publishing
Assist in curriculum development
Participate in department, school, and college service
Maintain and post regular office hours
Participate in course development and implementation
Evaluate teaching/learning activities
Participate in governance committees
Requirements:Doctorate in Nursing or related field
RN licensure in Massachusetts or eligibility
At least one graduate degree in nursing in the area of specialization
3-5 years of experience in the related field of nursing
Prior teaching experience in a nursing program desired
Demonstrated ability to relate to a diverse student body
Commitment to scholarship appropriate to the rank
Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
