As a Pre-K Teacher
, you’ll help children prepare for one of their biggest transitions yet: kindergarten. You’ll create a classroom where children feel safe, confident, curious, and excited to learn while supporting their growing independence and love of learning.
If you’re an Early Childhood Educator, Preschool Teacher, Pre-K Teacher, or EEC-certified teacher who loves watching children discover what they can do, we’d love to meet you!
- Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging Pre-K classroom where every child feels valued and supported
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that encourage learning through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences
- Support children’s social-emotional development, communication, independence, and kindergarten readiness
- Build meaningful relationships with children and families through open, respectful communication
- Observe children’s interests, strengths, and developmental progress and use those observations to guide learning experiences
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and inclusive classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with your teaching team and center leadership to provide consistent, high-quality care
- Follow all company policies and Massachusetts EEC regulations and requirements
- Bring your creativity, patience, and genuine love of working with young children to the classroom every day
- One year of experience working with preschool or Pre-K-aged children required
- Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher certification required
- Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
- A nurturing, patient, and dependable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to creating a classroom where every child can learn, grow, and thrive
