Senior Electrical Engineer – (Altium Expert) PCB Design Motion Control Systems

We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Altium Designer to lead the development of reliable, cost-effective embedded electronics for cutting-edge automation systems. This role focuses on full lifecycle PCB design—from concept to production—within multidisciplinary teams. Employment authorization assistance is not available for this role i.e. VISA transfers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design analog/digital circuits and develop PCBs using Altium Designer
  • Lead schematic capture, layout, and documentation for embedded systems
  • Assemble and test prototypes, debug boards, and support hardware validation
  • Collaborate with mechanical and software engineers to ensure seamless system integration
  • Support project timelines, technical documentation, and customer-facing interactions

What You Bring

  • BS/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • 7–10 years of experience in hardware design for embedded systems
  • Proficiency with Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout
  • Familiarity with motion control systems and automation hardware
  • Basic coding/scripting knowledge (C/C++, Python, or MATLAB preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
