Civil Engineering Senior Project Manager
Location:
United States, Massachusetts, Peabody.

Salary range: $130,000 – $160,000.
Responsibilities- Manage project teams to complete engineering tasks such as airspace and earthwork volume calculations, prepare and review technical reports, design stormwater management systems, leachate collection systems, and landfill gas collection systems, and perform geotechnical analyses.
- Prepare landfill grading plans, project details, and specifications.
- Develop proposals, project budgets, and schedules, and perform quality control.
- Interact with clients, contractors, and local/state government officials throughout conceptual and design phases, regulatory review, bidding, and construction.
- Mentor staff and assist with professional development, including performance reviews and development goals.
- Collaborate with management teams to customize individual career paths and enhance project management, leadership, and business development skills.
- 10+ years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent;
Master’s degree preferred. - Professional Engineer licensure (P.E.) required or ability to obtain.
- Expertise in technical software and Civil Engineering technology, including AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydraulic/hydrologic modeling software, and geotechnical modeling software.
- Established client/contractor relationships in the solid waste sector.
- Experience in scope of service and budget (proposal) development and managing projects profitably.
- Participation in client- and professional development-based organizations.
- Strong communication skills with staff, clients, contractors, and government regulatory officials.
- Ability to coordinate the regulatory agency review process.
