Job Details
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and improving manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixturing to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Creating and maintaining routings, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and process documentation in ERP systems.
- Leveraging your expertise in CNC machining and manufacturing processes to optimize operations and reduce costs.
- Utilizing CAD/3D modeling to interpret engineering drawings and facilitate the design and manufacturing process.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with different teams to improve productivity, quality, and throughput.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing strategies to drive operational excellence.
- Providing technical support and training to manufacturing personnel to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
- Proven experience in developing and improving manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixturing.
- Solid experience in creating and maintaining routings, BOMs, and process documentation in ERP systems.
- Demonstrable expertise in CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in CAD/3D modeling and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proven track record of improving productivity, quality, and throughput.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
