Field Applications Engineer

As a Field Applications Engineer at Arrow Electronics, you'll bridge advanced electronic technologies and customer needs across the wholesale trade channel. You will support industrial and commercial customers in designing, selecting, and integrating electronic components and systems from Arrow's global supplier network. Responsibilities include providing in-depth technical guidance, conducting design reviews, resolving complex application issues, and collaborating closely with sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical liaison between customers, Arrow sales, and supplier engineering teams
• Guide customers in selecting and integrating electronic components and systems
• Conduct design reviews and provide recommendations to optimize performance, cost, and reliability
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and application issues at customer sites and remotely
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, demos, and design-in support
• Collaborate with sales to identify new design opportunities and influence bill-of-material decisions
• Stay current on supplier roadmaps, emerging technologies, and industry trends
• Document application notes, reference designs, and best practices for customers and internal teams
