What You'll Do
  • Prepare and serve breakfast in accordance with the Kosher menu, accommodating dietary restrictions and texture modifications.
  • Assist with meal service and clean‑up, ensuring residents have a safe and pleasant dining experience.
  • Provide companionship to residents through conversation, activities, and transportation support.
  • Monitor residents for safety or medical concerns and promptly alert nursing staff as needed.
What You'll Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal communication in English
  • Able to stand, sit, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting/carrying up to 20 lbs independently and up to 50 lbs with assistance; able to push and pull objects as needed
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, visitors, staff, and external agencies
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English
  • Previous experience in food preparation and/or working with the elderly preferred
