We are seeking a Full-time ADMINISTRATOR, LNHA in the Peabody, MA area
Requirements- Must possess an LNHA license in the state of MA
- Two years of experience in a skilled facility is preferred
- Strong leadership skills are necessary to successfully manage day-to-day operations in accordance with all local, state, and federal codes, rule,s and regulations
- Demonstrate strong financial management and budgetary skills
- Ability to plan, organize, develop, and implement program goals and objectives necessary to provide quality care
- Ability to work well independently and collaborate effectively to manage diverse needs
- Strong knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and areas of specialty care
- Possess exceptional communication skills
- Demonstrate empathy and good listening skills to staff, residents, and families
