Location & Schedule
Location: Greater Boston Area - within 45 min
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Interview Process: 2 rounds - 1 virtual, 1 onsite
Must Haves- 5+ years of experience as a Claims Adjuster or Public Adjuster
- Experience handling residential or commercial property claims
- Strong, confident, client-facing presence—ability to assertively negotiate six‑figure claims
- High emotional intelligence, solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to reassure clients under stress
- Familiarity with Xactimate (a strong plus)
As a Public Adjuster, you will represent policyholders through the full lifecycle of residential and commercial property claims—primarily fire losses—across Boston, NH, and Vermont. This is a hybrid role requiring:
- Living within 45 minutes of Boston
- Ability to work both in-office and in the field conducting inspections
You will handle approximately 75 assigned claims per year, with no hunting required. Additional compensation is available if you bring in your own leads.
Key Responsibilities- Represent policyholders in property loss claims, ensuring they receive the maximum entitled recovery.
- Conduct on-site inspections for residential and commercial losses.
- Prepare, document, and negotiate building damage claims with carriers.
- Communicate frequently and clearly with clients—managing expectations and instilling confidence in the process.
- Collaborate with internal teams who handle scheduling, phone calls, and negotiation support.
- Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining excellent client service.
$100 to $ per year annual salary.
Commission- Adjuster will earn 3% of the fee acquired by the firm which is 10% of the claim
- Most adjusters earn an extra $10K–$20K annually in commission
- 75% company-paid family health insurance
