Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

Wood & Associates Insurance Agency is a second-generation family business specializing in personal lines insurance. We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, career-minded associate to join our close-knit team. In this role, you will help ensure clients are properly protected by delivering accurate policy support, thorough follow‑through, and exceptional service.

• Provide courteous, professional support to clients by phone, email and in person.
• Document all client interactions and updates in the agency management system.
• Process quotations, binders, and endorsements for all client business.
• Present and explain insurance policy options based on client needs.
• Coordinate with clients and mortgage companies to meet home closing deadlines.
• Monitor inspection and underwriting requirements to help prevent non-renewal or cancellation.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Obtain Property & Casualty Insurance License.

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Training available for candidates who learn quickly and work independently.
• Great self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization skills & meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities & collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat
