Branch Executive Director
The YMCA of Metro North seeks an experienced and mission-driven leader to serve as Branch Executive Director of the Torigian Family YMCA, one of the Association's flagship branches.
As a member of the executive leadership team, the Executive Director will provide strategic leadership for membership, programs, community engagement, philanthropy, staff development, and branch operations while supporting a six-location, four-branch YNAN association serving communities throughout Boston's North Shore.

- Membership: 10,600 members
- Annual Operating Budget: $7.3M
- Annual Campaign Goal: $150,000
- Full-Time Staff: 20
- Part-Time Staff: up to 150
- Childcare Enrollment: 115 weekly
- Day Camp Enrollment: 300 daily
- Lead all branch operations and strategic growth initiatives.
- Manage financial performance and annual budgets.
- Drive membership growth and retention.
- Oversee program quality and innovation.
- Lead fundraising and donor engagement efforts.
- Develop community partnerships and volunteer leadership.
- Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing staff teams.
- Advance the YMCA mission through community impact.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Ten or more years of progressive leadership experience.
- Strong financial and operational management skills.
- Fundraising and community engagement experience.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- YMCA experience as an organizational leader a plus.
