We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Press Brake Lead Setup/Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for programming, setting up, operating, and verifying medium to complex jobs while driving improvements in department performance, safety, and overall productivity. This is a leadership position overseeing up to six team members, with influence across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, operate, and verify medium to complex jobs using a variety of machinery with a focus on Press Brake operations.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of up to six employees to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
• Interpret job requirements and operational specifications to ensure efficient and accurate job execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other supervisors and departments to improve production processes and resolve operational challenges.
• Maintain and promote ISO standards and safety procedures within the department.
• Act as a liaison with customers, providing technical support and assisting in problem-solving efforts when needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a press brake setup lead.
• Certified and highly skilled in operating, programming, and setting up Amada RG Series press brakes with NC9EX controls.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Comfortable interacting with interns and other team members.
