Our client is looking for an Assembly Technican to join their team specializing in high-frequency RF microwave cable assembly and testing. If you're experienced in precision electro-mechanical assembly, soldering miniature components, and performing detailed inspections, this role offers a great opportunity to apply your technical skills in a dynamic environment. In this position, you will be responsible for building and inspecting RF microwave cables, soldering connectors and tiny components, and ensuring all assemblies meet strict product and process specifications.

You’ll also support quality assurance and contribute to maintaining high standards of workmanship and documentation.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of RF or mechanical assembly experience, proficiency with hand and semi-automated tools, strong record-keeping skills, and the ability to work from detailed drawings and instructions. Familiarity with electrical and mechanical testing equipment, along with soldering expertise and J-STD certification, are highly valued. This role requires the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and may include weekend OT if needed, within a professional, safety-focused environment.

Work Schedule:

Monday–Friday, with potential weekend OT based on business needs.

Required Skills, Education, and

Experience:

1+ years of RF-related and/or mechanical assembly experience

Soldering of cables, connectors, and tiny components (test at interview)
Strong attention to detail and precision in electro-mechanical work Ability to read and interpret product drawings and instructions

Basic math skills and strong documentation skills

Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical testing equipment

High school diploma or equivalent; ability to work with hand tools and fixtures
