Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing facility in Peabody, MA to hire experienced MIG/TIG Welders for 2nd shift opportunities. These are direct hire positions offering steady work, hands-on fabrication experience, and long-term growth potential for skilled welders.
Schedule- 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday 2AM-1:30AM
$28-$32 + DOE
LocationPeabody, MA
Job Duties- Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
- Set up welding equipment and select appropriate materials and techniques
- Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
- Perform grinding, finishing, and light fabrication as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and welding standards
- 1+ years of MIG and/or TIG welding experience required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with fabrication tools and welding equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Welding certification is a plus, but not required

Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
