Machine Shop Associate - Polish & Debur - 1st Shift

Our client is looking for a Machine Shop Associate to perform Sanding and Polishing. Join a fast-paced manufacturing environment specializing in the production of customized semiconductor and solar products. In this role, you will be responsible for sanding, polishing, and inspecting finished components to ensure they meet strict quality standards. You will read work orders, process travelers independently, and follow detailed work instructions, all while adhering to ISO and quality policies.

This position requires attention to detail, good workmanship practices, and the ability to lift or move objects up to 50 lbs. You’ll work 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, in a dynamic setting that values precision and efficiency.

Required Skills, Education, and

Experience:

Experience in sanding, polishing, or related manufacturing skills

Ability to read and interpret work instructions and prints

Knowledge of quality inspection practices and adherence to ISO policies

Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace

Strong work ethic and attention to detail in a fast-moving environment
