Ledgewood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is now hiring RNs and LPNs to join our skilled nursing team on our Sub Acute Unit and/or Long-Term Care Units

• Possess an active, unencumbered license in MA to practice as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Clinical experience in a sub-acute and/or long-term care setting preferred.

• Take and record vital signs
• Monitor patients and chart medical records accurately
• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient's needs
• Provide routine care for patients
• Observe patients' health
