Registered Nurse

• Compensation: $42 to $50 per hour plus shift differentials ($2.50 for evenings, $3.00 for nights, and $3.50 for weekends)

• Develop relationships with residents and their families, promoting resident‑first care
• Perform all clinical duties according to the state nurse practice act and nursing standards of practice
• Promote resident independence by establishing care goals and teaching residents/family members about conditions, medications and self‑care skills
• Monitor residents’ clinical conditions, identify changes, and act to ensure comfort and safety
• Collaborate with care associates to provide routine nursing care to assigned residents as needed
• Maintain infection prevention practices, administer medications and perform treatments per orders
• Develop and coordinate a comprehensive holistic plan of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary and neighborhood team
• Support resident preferences, routines, and choices in the electronic medical record
• Ensure documentation is current, accurate, and timely
• Participate in care conferences for designated residents as requested by the Clinical Manager

• Minimum of 6 months experience as an RN
• Experience caring for seniors or seniors with cognitive impairment preferred
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, internet, and web applications
• Experience with an electronic medical record system preferred
• Active RN license in the state where practice will occur
• CPR certification required
