Location:
Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living
- Compensation: $42 to $50 per hour plus shift differentials ($2.50 for evenings, $3.00 for nights, and $3.50 for weekends)
- $7,500 sign‑on bonus for full‑time or part‑time positions

- Develop relationships with residents and their families, promoting resident‑first care
- Perform all clinical duties according to the state nurse practice act and nursing standards of practice
- Promote resident independence by establishing care goals and teaching residents/family members about conditions, medications and self‑care skills
- Monitor residents’ clinical conditions, identify changes, and act to ensure comfort and safety
- Collaborate with care associates to provide routine nursing care to assigned residents as needed
- Maintain infection prevention practices, administer medications and perform treatments per orders
- Develop and coordinate a comprehensive holistic plan of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary and neighborhood team
- Support resident preferences, routines, and choices in the electronic medical record
- Ensure documentation is current, accurate, and timely
- Participate in care conferences for designated residents as requested by the Clinical Manager
- Minimum of 6 months experience as an RN
- Experience caring for seniors or seniors with cognitive impairment preferred
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, internet, and web applications
- Experience with an electronic medical record system preferred
- Active RN license in the state where practice will occur
- CPR certification required
