We are looking for new graduates and early-career Physician Assistants (PAs) and Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) to deliver exceptional care in our urgent care clinic. This role offers an opportunity to build your clinical foundation while contributing to your team’s success.

• Conduct patient assessments, physical exams, and review medical histories to address short‑ and long‑term needs.
• Perform diagnostic tests, interpret results, and order additional studies as needed.
• Administer therapeutic procedures including injections, immunizations, suturing, and wound management.
• Educate and counsel patients on health, treatment plans, and wellness.
• Document and maintain accurate, compliant medical records in EMR.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment and adhere to infection‑control policies.
• Collaborate with providers and clinic staff to coordinate patient care and dispositions.
• Engage in continuing education and professional development activities.

• Master’s degree and certification by a PA or NP certifying body.
• DEA license with no restrictions.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Clinical experience in emergency or urgent care or ambulatory care preferred.
• Excellent teamwork, communication skills, compassion, and technical proficiency with EMR and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of customer service principles, HIPAA, OSHA, medical laws, pharmacology, and patient care procedures.

Hourly compensation is $52–$60 USD based on experience, location, and market. Final pay is determined after the interview.
