Alliance at Rosewood is seeking NURSE SUPERVISORS

Evening and Weekend SUPERVISORS

RN or LPN

Monday through Friday - 6 Hours each day

Up to $51/hr plus differential & sign on bonus for RNs

Up to $49/hr plus differential & sign on bonus for LPNs

We are looking for team-oriented individuals to join our clinical team as a Nurse Supervisor - EVENINGS 3pm-9pm
. Alliance Health at Rosewood is a 135 bed non‑profit skilled nursing care center located in West Peabody MA. As the backbone to our multidisciplinary care approach, you have an opportunity to make a real difference in an elder's life. The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for assisting / overseeing the clinical care of all residents during off‑shift hours. Other responsibilities include:

• Responsible for ensuring optimal customer service on the off shift
• Responsible for on the spot education of nursing staff and CNAs
• Responsible for upholding all regulatory requirements
• Assessing new admissions and completing admission charts
• Strong support and hands on training
• The Nurse Supervisor reports to the DNS / ADNS.

Weekdays - 6 hours each day. With the opportunity for cart shifts or weekend shifts.

Opportunity for additional mid‑week shifts

Weekends Only - 8 Hours each day
