Registered Nurse – RN | Brudnick Center for Living
Compensation: $39.00–$45.00 per hour (based on experience). Shift types:
Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN.

Responsibilities- Provide direct resident care including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing prescribed treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing care plans.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility support, and toileting while promoting dignity and independence.
- Monitor and document residents’ clinical status, including changes in condition, wound care progress, intake/output, and responses to treatments, reporting significant changes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to implement and update individualized care plans and ensure continuity of care.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety regulations, and facility policies while maintaining a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.
- Active, unencumbered MA Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Strong clinical skills in basic nursing procedures, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Knowledge of long‑term care regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting.
- Current CPR certifications, including BLS and ACLS.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written.
