RN – Ambulatory Urology

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and leadership to nursing and support staff
• Supporting day-to-day clinic operations, including workflow and patient flow
• Managing patient care concerns and escalations
• Assisting with scheduling coordination and staffing needs
• Overseeing and ordering clinical supplies
• Serving as a trusted resource for providers and interdisciplinary teams
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop appropriate care plans
• Provide patient education, counseling, and preventive care guidance
• Deliver safe, age-appropriate care with attention to cultural, spiritual, and psychosocial needs
• Utilize strong clinical judgment, including telephone triage and symptom assessment
• Coordinate care and ensure continuity across services
• Administer treatments and medications in accordance with established standards
• Foster a supportive, team-oriented environment
• Act as a mentor, educator, and patient advocate
• Promote a culture of learning, accountability, and clinical excellence

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Current Massachusetts RN license
• Certification: BLS (American Heart Association)
• Acute care medical-surgical experience
• Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
