Registered Nurse; RN - Home Health - per visit

Responsibilities

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills to identify subtle changes in patient condition.
• Utilize experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care).
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting.
• Perform medication reconciliation, teach patients and families, and monitor safety.
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation.

• Current nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program, as indicated by transcript or diploma.
• At least one year of recent hands‑on medical experience with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med‑surg, sub‑acute care or rehab settings.
• Paid training from day one in office, at home, and online.

• Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate concerns.
• Comfortable making real‑time clinical decisions without immediate on‑site support.
• Strong problem‑solving skills in unpredictable home environments.
• Ability to manage a dynamic visit schedule and prioritize urgent visits.
• Efficient with point‑of‑care documentation and technology.
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining productivity expectations.
• Comfortable providing care in varied home environments.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing patient needs and schedules.
• Demonstrates cultural sensitivity and respect for patient autonomy.

Competitive pay ranges with a weekly pay schedule. Base pay: $60‑$65 per point, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiation. $5,000 bonus with a full‑time commitment. Flexible scheduling.
