Innovive Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Nurse to join our afternoon/evening team in Peabody, MA. You will deliver direct patient care, assess needs, and develop care plans for behavioral health populations in home settings.
In this role you will manage caseloads, coordinate with the clinical team, administer medications, educate patients and caregivers, and ensure care is compliant with HIPAA and policies. A BSN may be preferred and an active RN license is required.
