Innovive Health in Massachusetts is hiring a Weekend Baylor RN to provide home health care. This full-time position features a weekend schedule:
Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM–8:00 PM, plus four hours Monday for follow-ups and documentation.
You will perform patient assessments, develop care plans, deliver skilled nursing care, and coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. A valid RN license and driving is required.
