Clinical Nurse Manager

Primary Purpose of Position:

North Shore Community Health (NSCH) is an industry leader in exceptional community healthcare delivery. We have an exciting leadership opportunity for a full-time Clinical Nurse Manager at our Peabody location. Under the general direction of the Director of Nursing, the Clinical Nurse Manager will provide direction and supervision of the nursing staff and medical assistants concerning the day-to-day operations at the Peabody location.

The Clinical Nurse Manager will also supervise designated per diem RNs. The Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible for projects to improve operational efficiencies, ensure the nursing staff's clinical competencies, foster optimal patient care, and facilitate positive patient experience. The Clinical Nurse Manager will provide direct clinical care as a 0.5 clinical FTE, coordinating care for individual patients and provide nursing support as needed.
