IT’SUGAR is looking for a fun and dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:
  Follow our customer engagement model IT’SUGARTAINMENT by setting the stage, welcoming, engaging, entertaining, and thanking customers; assist customers with requests and inquiries; ensure the sales floor is clean and organized while maintaining store visual standards; operate POS/register to properly cash out all customers.
• Maximize Store Operations:
  Ensure merchandise displays meet visual guidelines; assist in the setup of special events and promotions; understand and communicate all Loss Prevention (LP) policies and procedures; perform operational tasks such as sales floor/backroom/restroom maintenance, cleaning, mopping, etc.
• Represent Core Values:
  Act positively, playfully, and be present; show enthusiasm and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Achieve Sales Goals:
  Follow through on customer requests for specific items and suggest additional products; use selling skills to explain benefits, features, prices, quality, value, and other product information.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No retail experience required.
• Optimistic, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability and willingness to use a POS/register and operate office equipment.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
• Capable of independently lifting/moving up to 25 lbs; capable of lifting/moving up to 50 lbs with assistance.
