Job Description- Market Expansion and Business Development Strategy:
This role involves studying current sales successes, identifying patterns, and developing targeted go-to-market strategies to transform one-off wins into scalable, repeatable revenue streams within key industries (aerospace, medical, industrial manufacturing), while working cross-functionally with marketing and product teams. - Build and Manage a High-Performing Sales Organization:
The Manager will initially work as a player-coach, eventually leading the existing sales team, establishing accountability structures, and determining the optimal mix of internal hires versus external reps to support strategic growth initiatives. - Drive Strategic Account Growth and New Market Penetration:
Responsible for $1M+ in initial sales while developing long-term strategies to amplify existing customer relationships and penetrate new segments, leveraging the company's custom engineering capabilities and product lines.

Requirements- 8-10 years of Industrial B2B Sales experience focused on new business development
- Player-coach mentality – willing to sell while building strategy around GTM structure
- Desire to work in a small (~10 people), tight-knit team where strong collaboration is critical for success.
Reporting to an office in the Greater Peabody/Danvers, MA Area on a daily basis
Compensation$140,000 - $160,000
