Join Our Team as a Full-Time Sales BDC Coordinator!
The Lyon-Waugh Auto Group is searching for positive, driven individuals to join our diverse team as Full-Time Sales BDC Coordinators. If you're someone who brings positive energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for customer service—we can't wait to hear from you!
ScheduleMonday–Saturday, with one scheduled weekday off
Compensation PlanBase hourly rate of $18-$21, plus monthly commission & bonus
Estimated Annual Compensation Range$65,000.00-$
What You’ll Be Doing:- Answering incoming calls and helping schedule appointments for our Sales team
- Respond to sales calls and online inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Keeping daily reports organized and up to date
- Following up with clients and internal team members
- Assisting with other tasks as needed by management

RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an Automotive BDC or sales role is a big plus
- Clear, professional communication skills—both verbal and written
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized and dependable
- Confident phone presence with a friendly, helpful tone
