Product Specialist-MINI of Peabody

Mini of Peabody, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is searching for an individual to join our sales team as a Product Specialist (Sales Genius).

• Schedule consists of 4 weekdays plus Saturdays, totaling 40 hours per week.
• Pay Rate: $22/hr.

• Greet sales customers.
• Work with customers answering their product questions, performing demonstrations of features and vehicle electronics.
• Deliver sold vehicles to customers with each salesperson.
• Assist with vehicle registration runs.
• Interact with clients to provide a consistent premium customer experience building dealer sales loyalty.
• Other tasks assigned by management team and controller.

• Minimum of 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driver license in good standing and clean driving record.

• Be technologically savvy.
• Be dependable and timely for client deliveries.
• Possess strong customer service skills and enjoy interacting with clients.
• Possess the ability to communicate in a positive, professional manner verbally and written.
• Be able to work Saturdays.
