We’re expanding in Philadelphia PA and looking for a driven, energetic, and community-minded Manager of Sales And Partnerships to help grow our presence and cultivate meaningful relationships.
Role OverviewThe Manager of Sales And Partnerships will be responsible for driving new business growth through outside sales, activations, and account management. You’ll be the face of Nutré at local gyms, residential communities, and corporate wellness programs, building authentic connections and introducing people to the brand.
This is a hands‑on role that blends sales, community engagement, and relationship building. You’ll be expected to thrive in the field, work independently, and bring a positive, coachable, and organized approach to each day.
We are looking for an energetic and strategic Manager of Sales and Partnerships to lead our business growth initiatives.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of building strong relationships, driving sales, and expanding our market presence. Your expertise in business development, B2B sales, will be essential in creating new opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with excellent communication skills who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about achieving results.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct demo activations and sampling events at gyms, apartment complexes, and businesses to generate awareness and conversions.
- Proactively generate new accounts through outside sales, cold calls, and in-person outreach.
- Build, cultivate, and maintain meaningful relationships with key decision‑makers and community partners.
- Act as a brand ambassador in the fitness, wellness, and food space — embodying Nutré’s mission and culture.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, and maintaining accounts.
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, follow‑ups, reporting, and account tracking.
- Stay organized and efficient with daily/weekly planning to maximize outreach and results.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching sessions to continuously grow and improve.

- 1–3 years in sales, partnerships, or community engagement preferred (fitness, wellness, or food industry experience a plus).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage both outside sales and event activations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (role requires travel across Philadelphia).
- Willingness to work some evenings/weekends for activations.
