About the Role

Sunglass Hut, a global leader in premium sunglasses, is seeking Sales Associates to deliver an authentic, fun, and energic retail experience while helping customers find high‑quality eyewear.

• Drive Sales & Build Relationships: Hit sales targets and exceed expectations by connecting with customers and building lasting relationships. Help new and returning customers find products that meet their needs.
• Become a Vision Expert: Offer tailored advice and recommend eyewear solutions that fit each customer’s lifestyle and preferences.
• Learn and Grow: Enhance your skills with hands‑on training and collaborate with experienced professionals to provide top‑tier service.

• Create a Welcoming Store Atmosphere: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, ensuring customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience.
• Foster Inclusion & Respect: Cultivate an inclusive and respectful environment for both customers and colleagues.

• Passion for Customer Service: Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but enthusiasm for helping others and creating great experiences is key.
• Sales Savvy: Thrive in a dynamic environment, using your communication skills to engage customers and drive sales.
• Tech‑Savvy & Detail‑Oriented: Comfortable using technology to enhance customer experience while maintaining accuracy with transactions.

Employee pay is determined by geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may also be offered. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts.
