Pay Rate: $18.03/hour

Securitas Security Services is seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Weekend Security Officer to provide a safe and secure environment at a high-traffic retail property in Peabody, MA. This role requires strong observational skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to respond effectively to a variety of situations.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct regular patrols of the property, including interior and exterior areas

* Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to ensure safety and security

* Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms

* Provide assistance and directions to visitors, tenants, and staff

* Enforce property rules, regulations, and policies

* Write detailed incident and daily activity reports

* Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary

* Identify and report safety hazards or suspicious activity

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

* Previous security or customer service experience preferred

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

* Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation

* Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
