Pay range: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour, dependent on experience.

- 12‑month Career Development Program combining on‑the‑job training with expert instruction from Winn Companies.
- 2,000 hours of on‑the‑job training and 150 hours of technical instruction at The Peterson School in Worcester, MA to develop the skills needed to become future industry leaders. Travel and time are compensated for onsite technical training.
- Nationally recognized credentials, including CPR/AED, Safety Certification, OSHA 10, and Certified Maintenance Apprentice Technician (CAMT).
- A strong professional foundation in trades, safety, customer service, and communication skills, positioning graduates for advancement in facilities management with progressive wage increases.
- Perform repairs in areas such as appliances, carpentry, hardware accessories, masonry, painting, and basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Complete assigned service requests and repairs consistent with company operating procedures.
- Assist in preparing vacant apartments for market‑ready status in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain grounds and curb appeal through snow removal, landscaping, and trash management activities.
- Be available for on‑call activity during off hours and emergencies based on a pre‑determined schedule and need.
- Interest in pursuing a career in maintenance.
- Less than one year of relevant work experience.
- Current driver’s license in good standing and ability to meet driving record standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
- Basic familiarity with computers, tablets, computer systems, and web‑based applications.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to speak and understand basic English.
- Ability to take initiative and work proactively.
- Ability to travel to regional property sites and additional trainings as scheduled (mileage reimbursed).
- Ability to meet emergency on‑call demands at the assigned property, including weekends and after regular working hours.
- Preferred:
Vocational or technical training.
